These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of services provided by Certified Auto Diagnostics and Claims Support (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Certified Auto Diagnostics and Claims Support offers vehicle diagnostics, ADAS calibrations, estimate auditing, and insurance claim support for repair facilities, insurers, and vehicle owners.
2. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full as agreed upon before or at the time of delivery. For monthly plans or recurring services, invoices are due per the schedule outlined in your contract. Late payments may result in suspension of service.
3. Use of Information
We rely on accurate and complete information provided by you. We are not liable for delays or service issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading data provided during service intake.
4. Data and Confidentiality
Any vehicle, claim, or customer data shared with us will be treated as confidential and handled per our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the use of your data for service execution and claims processing.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive for precision and compliance, we are not liable for indirect losses, delays caused by third parties, or claim denials resulting from insurer discretion. Final calibration and repair decisions are the responsibility of the shop or repair facility.
6. Service Limitations
Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee the outcome of insurance claims or third-party disputes. OEM standards are referenced to the best of our ability, and actual application is dependent on shop implementation.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts located in [Insert County], Texas.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
